As my practice continues to grow, I’ve invested deeply into expanding my knowledge, techniques, and overall client experience. Along with continuing education and specialized training, I am also transitioning into a new massage space and location designed to create a more comfortable, intentional, and therapeutic environment for your sessions.
Like many small businesses, rising operational costs and inflation have also impacted the day-to-day expenses involved in providing quality care. In order to continue offering the level of service, personalized treatment, and atmosphere that I value so highly, there will be a pricing adjustment beginning August 1st, 2026. All service rates increased by $10.00

This approach to bodywork is designed to release chronic tension patterns, restore movements, and support nervous system regulation through intentional therapeutic care blending movement and stillness.

New Move Massage offers an elevated, intentional approach to bodywork, rooted in the balance of movement and stillness. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs, whether that means improving shoulder and neck mobility, enhancing overall flexibility with Thai Massage, or supporting your nervous system in deep relaxation.
Your session may incorporate a blend of modalities, including hot stones, cupping, tuning forks, bamboo tools, assisted stretching, and guided take-home exercises to support lasting mobility and well-being.
